Can't make it to New York? Send us a 5 minute video of yourself doing Contact Flow with a partner and we will give you a detailed written analysis of what to work on in your training. Don't fly blind! Stay on track and maximize your development.

Video can be in any of the following formats:

• Mini DV cassette
• Emailed wmv or quicktime file (compressed)
• iPhone format
• Private posting on Youtube (recommended). This is the simplest and cheapest method (If you don't know how to do this contact us). Don't forget to give us access.

Once GM Perkins has received or viewed your video, purchase an evaluation and he will send a comprehensive report detailing your current level, strong points, faults and what you need to work on (and how) to maximize your future development, tailored to your body and your needs. This will include drills, principles and even proprietary exercises to give you the adaptive edge.

It is recommended the video be shot so that half of it is comprised of your entire body (so your root can be evaluated) and the other of a "close-up" (framing you so we see your body and hands from the waist up). Most of your flow should be at slow and super-slow speeds with the remaining portion at medium speed. If you want evaluations on your execution of Guided Chaos drills you can include those also.

NOTE: It is not important (in fact it's counter-productive) to try and "beat-up on" or dominate your partner to show your skill. We will not evaluate high speed flow videos (except with special pre-approval) and using force against your partner is forbidden as it is both dangerous and unnecessary.
