ARE GUIDED CHAOS DRILLS HELPFUL FOR OTHER STYLES OF FIGHTING?

In general, absolutely, because anything that builds your balance, body unity, looseness and sensitivity (4 principles of KCD) is of great value to any physical activity. However, they may be of lesser value if your primary style is a hard external art with very rigid and patterned ways of moving. This is because you would be constraining the very attributes you are trying to enhance with the drills. When tension and antagonistic muscles overide everything else within movements that may not be free, appropriate and natural responses to an attack, development is limited. On the other hand, these very same drills might also be liberating to an external practitioner if they can see their usefulness.
